Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ctxsync, an AI-powered code context platform operated by ANATECH OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registration number 17248081).

By creating an account or using ctxsync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ctxsync provides an AI-powered platform that syncs your project sources into isolated Docker containers, enabling AI assistants to understand and work with your full project context. The service includes:

• Source syncing from code repositories (GitHub, GitLab), web pages, and file uploads
• Isolated Docker containers running AI assistants (MCP servers)
• Chat-based interface for interacting with AI about your project context
• Integration with third-party services (Notion, etc.)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' containers or data
• Upload malicious code designed to compromise the service infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Your code remains yours. We claim no ownership over any code, data, or content you upload to ctxsync. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the service (storing, processing, and displaying your content within your containers).

The ctxsync platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ANATECH OÜ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANATECH OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any code suggestions or modifications produced by the AI.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your containers and associated data will be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
